Kirsty's background is within the insurance broking industry. She held many varied roles including operations manager, project management, account handling, new & renewal business manager, claims handling and very bad debt recovery. After nearly 20 years of commuting to the City she had a career break to look after her 2 children. Since then Kirsty has organised several charity events, volunteers for a local charity and works for a local property development company.
Why did she become an All Star Reserve?
Kirsty loves the fact that she can work for so many different businesses and that the work is varied, you never know who your next client will be. After the inflexibility of the City it is a refreshing way to work and great to be part of a network of such inspirational women.
