Tracy has over 20 years’ experience working within the public and private sectors. In the early days of alternative health, she worked in PR promoting brands such as Seven Seas. In her role with AVM, (audiovisual and video conferencing systems), Tracy was responsible for direct sales and the management of accounts for BP, Clifford Chance and Harrow Council together with several private and state schools. 2 Children, a small giftware business and charity fundraising events have kept her busy, and more recently, she’s enjoyed some great projects with ASR.

Why did she become an All Star Reserve?

It’s wonderful to have the opportunity to work on varied and interesting projects – it keeps the challenge fresh! ASR are a very creative and supportive team to work with and together with the flexibility, it makes for a great work life balance.

Claire

ADVERTISING, CLIENT RELATIONS, CUSTOMER SERVICES, TRAVEL

Claire began her career in TV production at J Walter Thompson advertising agency before moving on to client relations and customer service at Goldman Sachs. After several successful years she decided to switch the focus of her career to the travel industry, her passion. Claire has worked for both large corporations such as Explore Worldwide, putting together exciting tours and itineraries for adventure tourists, to small, exclusive boutique businesses, such as In Any Event Tours (now Extraordinary Britain), where her clients were the most discerning and demanding luxury travellers. Other strings to her bow include a stint in market research, teaching English as a foreign language and most recently working as a Field Officer for the Census.

Why did she become an All Star Reserve?

An opportunity to use her networking and client relationship skills, whilst having the flexibility to spend time with her family and work with passionate and inspirational women.

Eve

FMCG, LUXURY AND FASHION, BEAUTY, IT, FINANCE, MEDIA & ADVERTISING

Eve has enjoyed a 25+ yr career in media and advertising, developing media campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands including H&M, Microsoft, Tiffany & Co., Mastercard and L’Oréal. She has built a strong network over the years, thanks to a career focused on winning New Business at media agencies and building client relationships, working at Dennis Publishing, News UK, WPP’s Mindshare, amongst others.

In her previous role as Client Service Managing Partner at UM London, she ran the agency client team, ensuring best in class strategy and commercial advantage for clients like Burberry, FSCS, Yoplait and H&M. From making connections to delivering pitches, Eve always relished the thrill of New Business, and these days she enjoys using her skills to create opportunities for a wide range of client as a consultant.

Being part of ASR team gives Eve the opportunity to work flexibly with a brilliant team, and still do the work she loved the most throughout her career – New Business.

Ali

FMCG, LUXURY AND FASHION, BEAUTY, IT, FINANCE, MEDIA & ADVERTISING

Having graduated with a degree in French and Spanish, Ali then qualified as a solicitor. She worked in the City for a large international law firm specialising in Asset Finance (Ships and Windfarms amongst other things). She took a career break to look after her children and during this time project managed building her family house. More recently she has been working as a 1:1 learning support assistant and is a governor at local independent senior and prep school.
